Know exactly where your connection breaks.
IP Monitor pings your router, your ISP, the transit backbone and the sites you rely on — every second, all day — and tells you in one glance whether the problem is your Wi-Fi, your line, or the internet itself.

Nine tools. One question answered: is it me, or is it them?
Built for people who get blamed for the Wi-Fi. Every panel exists because someone needed proof.
Real-time probes
ICMP ping, HTTP/HTTPS with DNS · connect · TLS · TTFB phase timings, and raw TCP ports for services that block ping. Each endpoint has its own interval and timeout; a slow website never delays a fast ping.
Monitored path
Order your endpoints as hops — router, ISP edge, transit, public DNS — and see at which hop packets start dying. The one feature that ends arguments with your provider.
Deep statistics
Uptime, packet loss, p50/p95/p99 latency, jitter and standard deviation over 15 minutes to lifetime. Charts downsample 100,000+ checks to a smooth line without dropping a single outage.
Outage log
Every drop becomes an incident: exact start, recovery, duration, failed checks and the root cause (Request timed out, DNS lookup failed, ECONNREFUSED). Windows toasts when it happens, and when it recovers.
IP & port scanner
Sweep any subnet or range: live hosts, hostnames (DNS + NetBIOS), MAC vendor, OS guess from TTL, open ports with service names and web page titles. One click adds a device to monitoring.
Traceroute
Live hop-by-hop trace with triple RTT samples, reverse DNS, city, ISP and ASN for every public hop, drawn as a route pipeline. Export to PDF or CSV, or push a hop straight onto your monitored path.
Wi-Fi spectrum
See every neighbouring access point on 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz plotted over the channel map with its width footprint, congestion score per channel, and a recommendation for the cleanest one.
My NICs
Every adapter with IPs, gateway, DNS, MAC, link speed, MTU and firewall trust status. Flip a network between trusted and public, enable or disable an adapter, open its property sheet — without hunting through Control Panel.
Compare machines
Export a snapshot from one PC, import it on another and see both side by side with the deltas highlighted. Same network, different results? Now you know which machine to fix.
Correlate the hops, find the culprit.
Monitor one address at each stage of the route. Whichever hop fails first while everything before it stays green — that is where your problem lives.

Licences are issued personally by the administrator — there is no self-service checkout. Sign in with the account you were given and the app unlocks on up to two of your PCs.
Straight answers.
Does IP Monitor upload my monitoring data?
No. Ping results, statistics, incidents, scans and traces are written to %APPDATA%\IP Monitor on your PC and nowhere else. The only thing the app sends to this server is your sign-in and a periodic licence check.
What happens if I lose internet — does the app lock?
No. That would be absurd for a tool whose job is to tell you your internet is down. A verified licence keeps working offline for 7 days; the app re-verifies quietly whenever it is online again.
How many computers can I use it on?
Two by default. Each PC registers itself when you sign in; you can deactivate an old one from your account page, and the administrator can raise your limit.
How do updates work?
The app checks for a new version at start-up and every few hours, downloads it in the background and installs it the next time you close the app. You can also click Check for updates in Settings.
Does it need administrator rights?
No. It installs per user and never runs elevated. The few privileged actions in My NICs (enable/disable an adapter, change trust) raise their own UAC prompt only when you click them.
How do I get a licence?
Write to support@infocore.uk. You will receive an account and a password; sign in here to download the installer, then sign in inside the app.
